Israel's parliament has approved a compensation plan for settlers who leave Gaza, paving the way for the government's disengagement plan.
The &to=http:// english.pravda.ru/world/2000/11/29/1193.html' target=_blank>Knesset voted 59-40 to compensate the 8,000 settlers who will be affected by the withdrawal.
This is the final legislative hurdle required before the plan can be implemented in the summer.
