In her L.A. Superior Court lawsuit, the 46-year-old actress says she "has never undergone a facelift to improve her physical appearance," although "she certainly respects others' choice to do so", informs Boston Herald.

According to the Sky News, the Basic Instinct star claimed Renato Calabria told reporters about a new technique - and suggested he had used it on her.

But Calabria said the 46-year-old actress had misinterpreted what he actually said.
