Famous illusionists and tiger handlers Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn, home fired upon
The home of Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn was fired upon in a drive by shooting.
Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn, who have entertained and delighted millions with their magic acts and trained tigers, were not home when a gun man stopped in front of their home and opened fire and let four rounds go. Screaming epitaphs and a demand they leave the US, the gun man fled in a speeding white van.
Police initially classified it as a hate crime, but such publicity would make Las Vegas look bad. Although, considering the ranting and demand of the gun man, it is a hate crime.
One year ago Roy Horn sustained injuries when one of his tigers grabbed him and dragged him off stage. Horn is partially paralyzed and forced the closure of the illusionists' long-running Siegfried & Roy show.
