Ukraine's 18-meter-long ice cream 'roll' slips into Guinness Book
A world-record ice cream concoction almost 18 meters long and weighing 65 kilograms has been produced by the Lugansk Cold Foods Factory. The 'roll' took 10 hours' work in a 'cold' room by 15 veteran chefs, Ukraine's Inter television reported. The makers used 50 kilos of classical and fruit ice cream and 7 kilos of liquid cream, among other ingredients. The feat has been accepted as a record by the Guiness Book of World Records.
