Beltransgaz agrees with Gazprom on auditor

Beltransgaz agreed with Gazprom on the approval of the accounting company Deloitte&Touche for the appraisal of the aggregate assets of Beltransgaz, a source close to the Belarusian company said. Earlier it was announced that the auditor would be determined after holding a tender or reaching an agreement with Gazprom on the issue.

The Belarusian government estimates the value of the aggregate assets of Beltransgaz at $5bn-$6bn. Gazprom estimates the value of its assets at $600m.
