Ukraine regrets US refusal to pay family of TV reporter killed in Baghdad

The Ukraine Foreign Ministry is dismayed at the refusal by the United States to pay compensation to the family of Taras Protsyuk, a Ukrainian television camera operator killed in Iraq.
