The Peace March will take place in Kiev on Saturday to mark the anniversary of the military operation in Iraq. The action will be held as part of the World Peace March and will end with a picket of the US Embassy in Kiev, the press service of the Russian Movement in Ukraine said.
Several hundreds of supporters of the Ukrainian Anti-War Committee, the Russian Movement in Ukraine, the Russian Bloc party, the Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Brotherhood and the Union of Ukraine's Orthodox Brotherhood will appear in Kiev's central Independence Square on Saturday afternoon.
Their slogans will read "Stop the War and Occupation in Iraq!", "Ukrainian Soldiers, Come Back from the Infamous War!", "For Peace in the Middle East!", etc.
The British press has recently reported that Russia was going to conduct a nuclear test either on the borders with Ukraine or in the Black Sea.
