Osama bin Laden arrested?
On Saturday, February 28 Teheran radio released the sensational news that Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was captured on the border between Afganistan and Pakistan.
Iran reporter referred to some “informed source” and said that Bin Laden was arrested some time ago. According to Teheran radio, visits of US Defense Minister Donald Ramsfeld to Afganistan and Pakistan on February 26 resulted from bin Laden’s arrest. The information on capturing bin Laden has not been released because George Bush was going to make it public during his election campaign.
However, Pakistanian Army General Shaukat Sultan said that these statements are false.
