Kiev does not change position on demarcation of Azov Sea
Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma came out for precise definition of the Russian-Ukrainian state border.
He confirmed Ukraine's position on the demarcation of the bottom and surface of the Sea of Azov. "The state border should lie both on the bottom and surface dividing the Sea of Azov into the Russian and Ukrainian internal water areas," Kuchma told a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.
According to him, "the border between Russia and Ukraine should be precisely defined".
