The Dialogue of civilizations forum, which will take place on the Greek island of Rodos from September 3 through September 6, will host more than 400 representatives from 40 countries. Co-chairman of the Forum Organizing Committee and Russian Deputy Railroad Minister Vladimir Yakunin told Rosbalt yesterday that famous politicians and public figures, representatives of science and culture, and religious leaders will participate. Russian will send 200 people to the forum.
Yakunin also said that the forum was created as a stage for the search for answers for the more acute questions of civilization. The forum also plans to sign a joint declaration and create a new international organization.
