Ukraine continues cooperation with Pakistan in defense sphere

Ukraine intends to continue its co-operation with Pakistan in the defense sphere, reports the Pakistani national radio with reference to a representative of the Ukrainian embassy in Islamabad.

According to him, the recent statement by the head of the Ukrainian foreign minister does not in any way rule out the continuation of such co-operation in the sphere of the delivery of combat hardware and equipment to Islamabad and also other co-operation in the defense sphere.

The explanations of the Ukrainian embassy have appeared in connection with the reports published in the local mass media about the intention of Kiev to stop military co-operation with Pakistan.
