Greek Defence Minister Yiannos Papandoniou highly appraises the quality of Russian-made weapons. He told journalists about this after his meeting with Valentina Matvienko, the plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Northwestern Federal District.
Papandoniou said that Greece had carried out significant purchases of Russian-made weapons over the past five years. "We are very contented: Russian weapons, in particular, the Zubr ships manufactured in St Petersburg, are of very high quality," he pointed out.
According to Papandoniou, new orders are being discussed, but no final decision has been taken.
The Greek defence minister underlined that "these orders can be offered to St Petersburg's factories."
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky fears that his country may split into two similarly to the Korean scenario.
