Next part of Russian weapons withdrawn from Transdniestria

Early on Monday Transdniestria sent to Russia the fifth in this month echelon with ammunition.

At least three other echelons will be sent to Russia before the end of May, the headquarters of the Russian Troops' operative group reported.

The troops have already withdrawn a fourth part of ammunition that was stored near the Kolbasnoye village, 120 km north of Tiraspol, the headquarters confirmed.

By the time Russia began fulfilling the Istanbul agreements of 1999, the storehouse had the total of 42,000 missiles, shells and mines.
