George Bush's administration believes that a series of explosions in al-Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) was a well planned act of terror which reminds it of the methods used by al-Qaeda.
Deputy spokesman for the US State Department Philip Ricker told journalists that who precisely was the organiser and executor of this act of terror will become known when all the circumstances of the tragedy are investigated.
The investigation has already begun, and an interdepartmental group of the US experts will arrive in the capital of Saudi Arabia any time soon. The group will also include FBI representatives, Ricker pointed out.
Despite a number of reports of foreign media, according to data available in the USA no one took responsibility for the explosions in al-Riyadh, added Ricker.
