Konstantin Totsky, director of the Federal Frontier Service (FPS) of Russia, will go on a working visit to Japan Saturday.

As RIA Novosti was informed by the FPS press centre, in Tokyo Totsky will meet with the chief of the department for sea security, the secretary general of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the minister of state lands, transport and infrastructure of Japan.
