Russia, Belarus are discussing the creation of a unified air defence system

On Monday, the Russian and Belarussian Commanders-in-Chief of the Air Forces and Air Defence Forces are discussing in Minsk the drafting of an agreement to create a unified air defence system of the two states.

At this meeting, which will last till July 10th, the Commanders-in-Chief also plan to consider prospects for the creation of an automated system for controlling the unified air defence system of Russia and Belarus.

The Russian delegation is also expected to visit a number of Belarussian defence enterprises.
