Russia, Norway prolong their fishing agreement

Russian deputy foreign minister Yevgeni Gusarov received Norwegian ambassador to Russia Oyvind Nordsletten. During their get-together they exchanged letters on prolonging by one year /until July 1, 2003/ the bilateral agreement on joint fishing control.

This agreement concerns a portion of the Barents sea adjacent to Russia's and Norway's mainland coasts.
