Islamabad rejects U.S. allegations on Bin Laden hiding in Pakistan

The Pakistani Foreign Ministry rejects the American allegations on Terrorist No. One Osama bin Laden hiding in the North of Pakistan on the border with Afghanistan. On Monday a representative of the Pakistani foreign policy establishment, Aziz Khan, called these allegations "idle guess".

He said that, if Islamabad had trustworthy information on the presence of bin Laden in Pakistan, he would have already been arrested. Pakistan "has excellent showing in the search and detainment of persons linked to Al Qaeda", stressed the diplomat in a conversation with journalists.
