Russian-Kuwaiti relations discussed by Russian deputy foreign minister and Kuwaiti Audit Bureau delegation

Further development of Russian-Kuwaiti relations were discussed yesterday by Russia's deputy foreign minister Alexander Saltanov and the delegation of the Kuwaiti Audit Bureau headed by its chairman Barrak Al-Marzouq.

The parties noted the high level of the political dialog between the two states, as RIA Novosti learned on Wednesday at the foreign ministry's press and information department.

The Russian party stressed the necessity of creating additional incentives for mutually profitable economic partnership.

"Practically this is a question of more efficient use of the existing cooperation mechanisms, first of all the Inter-governmental committee," the ministry explained.

It is also necessary to "use the legislative base and the acquired experience more intensively for developing Russian-Kuwaiti relations in trade, economic, investment and other spheres," the ministry pointed out.
