Pakistan ready to help Kazakhstan find and liberate abducted Kazakh women

The Pakistani interior ministry is ready to assist Kazakh interior ministry officers who came to Islamabad to find and liberate three Kazakh captives, The Dawn newspaper reported on Tuesday.

"While visiting Kazakhstan, a group of young Pakistanis made friends with three Kazakh girls and offered them 'good jobs' in Islamabad," wrote the newspaper. "The girls were abducted immediately upon arriving in Pakistan, and have since been kept in the autonomous Pashto area of Karak, northwestern province." Kazakh interior ministry officials learnt about the abduction when relatives of the captured women received a message from them and contacted the ministry.

In case abduction is confirmed, the criminals will be arrested and tried in accordance with local laws.
