Belarus to Further Military Cooperation with China

According to the statement Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, made during his meeting with Fu Quanyou, Chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, "there are no problems, subjects not to be discussed nor any disagreements" as concerns bi-lateral and international cooperation between his country and the Peoples Republic of China.

President Lukashenko further said he valued and would in every way continue to maintain the warmest friendly relations traditionally existing between Belarus and China. He said, "Cooperation between the two countries as concernes military technologies has reached a sufficiently high level and will be continued, adding, "We are prepared to seriously discussed every issue China is interested in".
