Croatia wants to have friendly relations with all countries of former Yugoslavia, speaker of the Croatian parliament Zlatko Tomcic told a press conference in Moscow. However, there are some destabilizing regions in former Yugoslavia, such as Kosovo and Macedonia, where the risk of terrorist acts is still great, Tomcic noted.
