Novel way to escape payment

A French car customer found a novel way to escape the payment of the vehicle he had bought: he murdered the salesman who had sold it to him to destroy the evidence.

The 29-year-old man, from Nantes, admitted to the crime, for which he was sentenced to 30 years’ imprisonment, after having bought a Peugeot 205 for 5,640 Euros, but without the means to pay.

He arranged a meeting outside town with the salesman, who he killed and burind in his garden.
