Russia and the USA have agreed to "considerably reduce offensive nuclear weapons," long-range missiles inclusive, announced US President George W. Bush at a joint press conference that followed his tete-a-tete meeting with Vladimir Putin. Speaking about the meeting with the Russian leader, Bush described it as a "warm and serious conversation."
