George Bush To Discuss Efforts Against Terrorism With Vladimir Putin In Shanghai

US President George Bush is to discuss a wide range of questions including joint efforts against terrorism in the course of the forthcoming meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Shanghai, Assistant to the US President for National Security Affairs Condoleezza Rice told a news conference in the White House Monday. According to Bush's assistant, Russia and the USA have great opportunities for a new relationship now, which was demonstrated after the September 11 events. The US President believes it is time to leave behind the times of the Cold War and to pass over to new relations with Russia, Rice said.
