The Russian Security Council delegation and European Union leaders are to discuss issues of Russia's and EU's practical cooperation in the security sphere in the course of political consultations. The Russian delegation headed by Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Oleg Chernov left for Brussels Monday, the press service of the Russian Security Council told RIA Novosti. The consultations will focus on coordination of bilateral efforts in fighting international terrorism. The Russian delegation is scheduled to meet Javier Solana, Secretary-General of the EU Council in Belgium, the press service said.
