US President Looking Forward To Meeting His Russian Counterpart In Shanghai

US president George Bush said at the Thursday press conference in the White House that the Russian-US ABM Treaty is outdated and useless. Bush also expressed hope that president of Russia Vladimir Putin backs the US intention to establish a new strategic relationship between Russia and the USA. According to the US president, he is looking forward to a meeting with head of the Russian state Vladimir Putin in Shanghai. As Bush said, he intends to confirm to the president of Russia that the cold war has ended and to discuss with Vladimir Putin the new threats that we encounter.
