International terrorism will come under the spotlight when Prime Minister of Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker arrives in Moscow October 14th for a three-day visit. The Luxembourg government press service told RIA Novosti on Thursday that the sides would hold talks on relations between Russia and the EU in the light of he EU-Russia summit on October 3rd. There is also expected to be an exchange of opinions on issues relating to the expansion of bilateral relations and the role Russia should play when a European security mechanism is established. Russian government spokesmen have said that Russia and Luxembourg are currently enjoying "excellent" relations. They particularly pointed to success in the banking sphere, health-care, science, education, culture and sport. Mr. Juncker is expected to sign a program on cooperation in the science, education and culture spheres for the period of 2001-2003.
