Northern Alliance's Troops 20 Km From Kabul

Some units of the Northern Alliance are currently stationed 20 km away from Kabul, informed sources in the Takhar (Northern Afghanistan) Front Commander's headquarters reported on Thursday. According to a spokesman for the joint front command whose units comprise the majority of the Northern Alliance's forces, units lead by field commander Bismullah Khan seized the village of Karabag near Kabul. The joint front command has sent its units deployed near Kabul, approximately 80 KamAZ trucks with ammunition.
