Moscow Does Not Rule Out Possibility Of Expanding Cooperation With Participants In Anti-terror Operation

Vladimir Rushailo, Secretary of Russia's Security Council, does not rule out the possibility of expanding cooperation with the participants in the anti-terror operation. The Security Council Secretary noted that broader cooperation depend "upon the degree of mutual understanding and the quality of relations" with the countries participating in the anti-terror operation. Rushailo declared at the same time that all that "should naturally be properly legalized and limited in time only by the period of the anti-terror operation, possibly by concluding special agreements with the USA."
