On October 6-10, bilateral political consultations between Foreign Ministries of Germany and Georgia will be held in Tbilisi. The Georgian Foreign Ministry told a RIA Novosti correspondent that the parties would discuss a wide range of issues concerning political and economic cooperation, defence, security, regional cooperation, coordination of interaction within the framework of international organisations, as well as German-Georgian cultural ties. During the consultations, the parties will pay special attention to the conflict settlement in Abkhazia and South Ossetia and the Russian troops' withdrawal from military bases in Georgia, the Foreign Ministry said.
