Ukraine To Lower Border Fees For Russia

Ukraine intends to reduce border fees for Russia. The agreement to that effect has been reached at the negotiations of Russian and Ukrainian transportation ministers, Sergei Frank and Valery Pustovoitenko, Thursday night. According to the Russian Transportation Ministry, a drop in border fees will increase the attractiveness of transit motor shipments and will facilitate their growth.
