Pakistanis Killed In Afghanistan To Be Delivered To Peshawar

Six Pakistanis allegedly killed in Kabul during American air raids, will be delivered on Wednesday to the Pakistani city of Peshawar, Mufti Muhammad Jamil, a leader of the Jamaat Ulama-e-islam religious party, was quoted as saying. According to the newspaper, the Jamaat Ulama-e-islam is planning to stage a demonstration during the funeral ceremony in Karachi, the country's largest port on the Arabian Sea coast. Regional law-enforcement bodies are on high alert in order to prevent any riots during the ceremony. The Dawn reports that several thousand Pakistani "volunteers" from extremist parties and groups are currently fighting for the Taliban movement.
