Vladimir Putin Receives Israeli Vice-Premier
Russian President Vladimir Putin has received Israeli Vice-Premier Natan Sharanski. The vice-premier told a news conference Wednesday he had had a business lunch with President Putin and had nothing to tell the press about it. Sharanski said he had arrived in Moscow at Ariel Sharon's request to elaborate on Israel's stance on recent Middle East developments.
