Russian Miners Awarded Gold Prize Of International Trade Leaders' Club

The quality of the coal extracted by the Kuzbassrazrezugol holding company (Kemerovo Region, Southern Siberia) has been internationally recognised - the miners of the Bachatsky opencast colliery, which is part of the holding company, have become members of the international Trade Leaders' Club. As has been reported by the press service of the administration of the Kemerovo Region, director general of the Bachatsky Opencast Colliery Public Company Nikolai Priyezhev received the other day the prestigious international diploma and the Gold Prize of Europe in Paris. The Trade Leaders' Club has worked out a programme for international prizes in order to mark the enterprises which constantly perfect their technology and successfully compete on the world market. The choice of enterprises for a prize is determined by means of periodically polling 14,000 members of the Club from 120 countries. They name advanced firms in different industries, irrespective of the country where they work. The membership in the Trade Leaders' Club means affiliation to the prestigious association of the world's leading companies. This time the prize (which is presented once a year for the last fifteen years now) was awarded to 185 firms from more than thirty countries.
