Russia intends to attract intellectual and labor resources from CIS countries - the former Soviet republics - as part of its policy in the field of labor migration. Russian vice-premier Valentina Matviyenko told this the press on Wednesday. In her words, the demographic problems which have arisen in Russia will be solved by conducting efficient immigration policy, reports the RIA Novosti correspondent.
