Snow Avalanche In Kirghizia Buries Two Gold Miners

On Wednesday the Kirghiz rescuers stopped the search of two gold miners who had disappeared after the avalanche. As the Kirghizian Ministry for Emergency Situations said, last Friday two gold miners from one of the private gold mining companies disappeared in the mountains in the south of the republic near the village of Kara-Suu after the avalanche. The search for the missing persons yielded no results and was terminated due to the avalanche hazard
