Food Deliveries Come To Afghanistan Through The River Port Of Termez

Humanitarian aid from many countries of the world has started to be delivered to the Afghan population through the river port of the town of Termez (Uzbekistan). About four hundred tons of flour will be brought on two barges to the Afghan port of Khairaton. About 16,000 tons of humanitarian aid, mainly foodstuffs, are delivered every month to Afghanistan from the Termez river port.
