In case of detaining Osama bin Laden he must be tried by the international court. As has become known from diplomatic sources in Moscow, the international community is inclined towards this decision. Meanwhile, according to one of the sources, the proofs of Osama bin Laden's complicity in the terrorist attacks on September 11 "are very weighty but mainly of an indirect nature." The question of proving the guilt of terrorist No. 1 in preparing the terrorist acts in Washington and New York is very difficult, because there is a difference between juridical and indirect evidence, believes the source. Bin Laden's behaviour itself testifies to his guilt. And he himself said that "he has done this," underscored the source. But nevertheless it is important to prove that bin Laden is responsible for these terrorist acts.
