Georgia's President: Parliament Is To Approve A Transitional Government

President of Georgia Eduard Shevardnadze has called "transitional" the government of Georgia which is to get parliamentary approval. The Georgian head of state reminded that the parliament is very soon to consider his bill on forming a cabinet of ministers. This means that the new government will function for only two to three months until a cabinet is set up, said Shevardnadze. Simultaneously, Shevardnadze noted that among members of the government "there are much less young people than desirable". Still, he stressed that he believes inexpedient radical cadre changes against the background of strenuous preparations for a complex winter period.
