Russia, India Expand Cooperation

The Russian government has approved the proposal to negotiate on concluding a Memorandum of intent between the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the Indian Science and Technology Ministry on the development of cooperation to prevent and liquidate emergency situations. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has signed a relevant order, the department of the governmental information said.
