Taleban offer 50 million dollars for Bush

The Taleban security chief at Spin Boldak, Mohammad Saeed Haqqani, declared that Osama Bin Laden did not have the possibility to carry out the attacks on the World Trade Center because he did not dispose of the telecommunications means. He added that no evidence linking Osama Bin Laden to the September 11th attacks had been presented.

Haqqani said that nobody would betray Bin Laden’s whereabouts to the Americans, even if they knew. He declared that “being good Muslims we have strong faith, that’s why (the bounty) is not tempting us”.

State Department spokesperson Richard Boucher stated that since September 11th, more than 22,000 tips had been received on where Bin laden was hiding, but none of this information has proved useful.

Osama Bin Laden made a telephone call to his mother moments before the first incident on September 11th, telling her that something important was about to happen and that he would not be able to communicate for some time. He also declared the WTC and Pentagon to be “legitimate targets” in a video broadcast on Al Jazeera television.

If Osama Bin Laden has the nuclear weapons he professes to possess, it would appear that the means to orchestrate a relatively simple task such as hijacking passenger aircraft would have been at his disposal.
