OSCE-Turkmen partnership prospects came under discussion as Adrian Severin, Parliamentary Assembly President of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, sat in conference with Speaker Redjepbai Arazov of Turkmenistan's parliament, and Rashid Meredov, Minister of Foreign Affairs. As Mr. Severin was visiting Turkmenistan, he received firsthand information about its parliamentary arrangements, legislative specificities, and Foreign Ministry initiatives.
