UN High Commissioner For Refugees Arrives In Russia To Pay A Four-day Visit

The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Ruud Lubbers, arrives in Moscow today. During his four-day visit he plans to meet Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Ivanov and the heads of other ministries and government departments. The programme of his visit includes visits to refugee camps for migrants from Chechnya in neighbouring Ingushetia.
