Moscow's and Washington's common approach to the deployment of the ABM system could include the concepts of the US national anti-ballistic missile defence, Russian initiatives on the creation of the anti-ballistic missile defence system in Europe and new proposals such as technical and economic basis for the development of the system of interception of missiles on the acceleration stage involving Russia, Israel and Turkey, Weldon stressed in his report.
