According to him, the Brazilian state oil-and-gas producing company Petrobraz is prepared to take part in developing oil and gas deposits in off-shore zones of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. President Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine expressed a hope that Brazil, which is a renowned leader in deep-sea drilling technologies, will render assistance to Ukrainian specialists in developing oil and gas deposits.
