Iraqi Vice Premier Tarik Aziz will meet Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov today. Tarik Aziz, who is in charge of foreign policy in the Iraqi government, arrived in Moscow on a two-day working visit yesterday.
Tarik Aziz and Igor Ivanov are expected to discuss the development of bilateral relations, the Iraqi settlement and the Mideastern problems.
According to RIA Novosti's data, Iraq reckons upon Russia's support for the removal of the UN sanctions and the prevention of carrying out the anti-terrorist operation in Iraq.
The Iraqi Vice Premier will also meet Head of the Russian Orthodox Church Alexy II.
