Russia Willing To Help Argentina: Foreign Minister

Igor Ivanov, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, telegraphed congratulations to Jose Maria Vernet upon his appointment Argentina's Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Religion.
