Armenian Debts To Russia To Be Restructured By First Quarter Of 2002
On Friday upon his arrival to Yerevan "Zvartnots" airport, vice-premier of the Russian government Ilya Klebanov stated that final restructuring of Armenian debts to Russia would be achieved not later than the first quarter of 2002. According to him, Armenian indebtedness will be settled by means of transfer to Russia of a number of Armenian enterprises, among them being some enterprises of the military and industrial complex.
