Russian border guards detained four drug-traffickers on the Tajik-Afghan border and seized around six kilos of heroin.
According to press services of Russian Frontier Guards in Tajikistan, on Saturday night, a border patrol from Moskovski Border Guards detachment detained three Tajik citizens who tried to cross the border with Afghanistan. They had US $3,600 intended to pay for the drugs.
Shortly after, the sources in the press services reported, border guards detained an Afghani citizen in the same area. During a thorough search, soldiers seized six bags with about 6 kilos of heroin. The detainee was taken to the commandant's office.
